No Returns or Exchanges Policy

Gumbo Luxury Consignment, all sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns or Exchanges – Due to the nature of consignment sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds – All items are sold as-is, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, fit, or condition of the item.

3. Item Condition – We take great care in providing detailed descriptions and images of each item. Customers are encouraged to review all available information before purchasing.

4. Authenticity & Verification – We ensure that all items are authenticated before listing. However, if you have concerns, please inquire before purchasing, as all sales are final.

5. Exceptions – The only exception to this policy is in the case of an item being misrepresented in its description. In such rare cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for review.
